About QRS

Built from a problem I kept seeing firsthand.

Quote Recovery Specialists was created by a salesperson who understands how easily good opportunities can lose attention inside a fast-moving business.

Why I started QRS

Salespeople do not ignore older quotes because they do not care.

They are usually responding to today’s customer, building the next quote, solving a delivery problem, or trying to close the opportunities that are already moving.

I have spent more than a decade managing long-cycle industrial sales. I have watched jobs change, scopes shift, budgets move, approvals stall, and good opportunities go quiet. In that environment, older quotes naturally fall behind newer and more urgent work.

The gap is real: once a quote becomes old enough, it may no longer receive the focused second or third attempt needed to learn what happened. That does not always mean the opportunity is dead. Sometimes it is delayed. Sometimes it needs revision. Sometimes the customer simply has not been contacted at the right moment.

I created QRS to give those older quotes deliberate attention without asking a dealer’s salespeople to stop doing the work already in front of them.

A narrow, practical service

QRS does one specific job.

We follow up on a dealer-approved group of aging commercial quotes, document the customer’s current status, and return live interest to the dealer’s team.

We do not sell competing equipment, change the dealer’s prices, negotiate the job, or claim ownership of the relationship. The value is focused attention and a usable answer.

How QRS is growing

Prove the process before expanding it.

QRS is beginning with controlled pilots and a limited number of dealers. The goal is to earn trust, measure what the process returns, and improve it with real operating experience.

Specific. Honest. Measurable.

No inflated close-rate claims. No promise that every old quote is recoverable. QRS is judged by the quality of the follow-up, the clarity of the reporting, and the opportunities it responsibly brings back to the dealer.
